Harlee, Harlee, Harlee... What can I say about Harlee? Ever since I found out we were having twins, I have to admit I haven't been too excited about it. Just recently my eyes haven been opened to this gift God has given us and I'm focusing on the good that twins bring to a family. Harlee has been the most challenging of the two, but... WOW, I don't know what we would do without her. She has always been my snuggle bug and she loves to just sit on my lap and be held. She weighs 14.12 lbs and although she's small, she sure knows how to get what she wants. She is crawling now and can clap her hands and she follows Shyann everywhere. She has already had two hair cuts and one trip to the ER. She is obsessed with the heater vents, so I captured this video of her trying to get to the vent, but for some strange reason the vent is blowing air out and she just can't figure out why!
Even though Harlee is pulling up to things, she is having a difficult time learning how to sit back down. So she pulls up, plays and then starts crying because she is scared too figure out how to sit down without falling. In this video, she is crying and Shyann wants to help her, but doesn't want Harlee taking her paci from her. It's pretty humorous and this happens ALL the time!
I mentioned the trip to the ER earlier, so let me explain. I had just finished feeding the girls lunch and had left them in their high chairs while I cleaned up the kitchen. I won't mention names, but a certain little 8 year old asked if she could get them out and play with them. I said yes and I hear her say to herself, "which one of you do I want to get out first." With that said, Kylie carries Shyann into the play room to play and before she got back to get Harlee, we hear this BAM on the floor and I turn around and Harlee is laying on her tummy on top of the tray, face down on the floor. (Yes, Kylie was going to first get Harlee and pulled out her tray and then decided to get Shy instead and didn't get Harlee's tray snapped back) Franticly I pick her up and see blood coming out her nose, so I'm trying not to panic in front of Kylie, who is now crying and feeling really guilty, and I grab a towel and try to get the bleeding to stop. To make a long story short, Rowdy took her to the ER and she doesn't have a broken nose! PTL!!!

Here are just a few fun pics to share!!
